In late June, Chris and Bradley had the privilege to attend the 3-Dimensional Electron Microscopy 3DEM Gordon Research Conference hosted in Castelldefels, Spain. The 3DEM GRC is one of the premier conferences for cryo-electron microscopy and this years’ conference title was “Bridging the Gaps Between Cell, Structural, and Computational Biology.” Chris was invited to give a talk centering around the Cloneable Nanoparticles project that was very well received by the community. Bradley also attended the 3DEM Gordon Research Seminar–an accompanying conference exclusively for early career scientists, doctoral students, and post-docs.
